Ceiling Fans With Lights I Just Installed A Ceiling Fan And Lights Won't Work?

I just installed a ceiling fan and lights won't work? - ceiling fans with lights

I have to make a thread on the ceiling. This is a new home. Not to mention the instructions for the fan to a red wire. That's what I did ...
Ceiling fan green wire Groundwire
Ceiling fan white wire to white wire
Ceiling fan black wire to black wire and blue wire. The fan works, but does not light up.
What is the thread? I'm supposed to connect the blue wire to the red connection?

Since a new home is the red wire is probably to switch to another. Several times in the new home of the traction drive is not necessary for the light, the light of their own switch on the wall. You have two switches in the vicinity are distant from each other, so side by side. It appears that you have correctly wired the fan through a switch, and must work independently. I know that this sentiment is widespread, but have you tried to flush the toilet? If you do not have a separate switch for the light, you might want to switch to a new light, with the housing.

Vigilance is correct, it seems that the installation of the white wire () is neutral on the light.

They have a separate cable for the light, I think that is the red wire. Try it out.

is probably a switch, the device that allows you to use the fan without the light goes
